We are looking for an Entry Level Budget Analyst to join our rapidly growing and funded startup. THE POSITION
Our Budget Analyst is mainly responsible for helping us in timely mastering, analyzing, evaluating, interpreting and presenting the important business and management intelligence for our Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Utilize spreadsheets along with budgeting, statistical analysis and database software to analyze, review and understand the status and availability of funds (for both clients and our company) and then provide accurate and up-to-date information to the management;
- • Confer directly with management and clients to understand the goals and needs of our clients and company, to develop final consolidated budgets for overall corporation finance and each initiative;
- • Review and analyze the proposed operation and marketing plans and strategies for our clients and company based on cost/benefit analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation, and then provide advice, technical assistance, as well as alternatives to the management;
- • Analyze monthly each initiative’s budgeting and accounting reports, and then consolidate those reports into operation and capital budgets summaries, thereby determining whether all funding requests for merits;
- • Review and analyze pre-existing and past budgeting and accounting status to identify weaknesses and estimate future financial needs, and then suggest new approaches to improve efficiency and increase profits;
- • Monitor expenditures and identify trends in spending, and ensure adequate funds are available within our clients and company;
- • Submit budget recommendations for approval or rejection of funding requests, and then explain and defend recommendations to clients, our management, and other stakeholders;
- • Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:
Education requirement: must have a bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Business (with a major in finance) or a related field.
Experience: It is entry-level. No job experience is required. We are glad to train you.
Work authorization: Must have work authorization in the United States. If needed, we also sponsor H-1B applications.
